CrossFit Fundamentals

CrossFit Fundamentals is essentially a CrossFit 101 class held on Monday / Wednesday / Friday at 6 PM and is a pre-requisite for CrossFit Baobab membership. During this class, we teach basic and intermediate CrossFit Movements with a strong focus on proper technique, effective scaling of the workouts and safety in the various movements.

Everyone with less than 1 year of CrossFit Experience is required to attend our Fundamentals class.
