Our CrossFit Schedule always consists of CrossFit Group Workouts. Class space is limited and is on a first-come, first serve basis so be sure to get there on time!
CrossFit Fundamentals is held on Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday at 6 PM and is a pre-requisite for CrossFit Baobab membership. During this class, we teach basic and intermediate CrossFit movements with a strong focus on proper technique, effective scaling of the workouts and safety in the various movements. Everyone with less than 1 year of CrossFit Experience is required to attend our Fundamentals class.
Open Gym is an available add-on for Unlimited memberships, the fee is $25. Regular CrossFit Classes are Monday-Friday. Saturdays at 9 AM is usually when we schedule our Team Workouts, typically in teams of two. Come join us this Saturday and take part in our Team WOD!
